Packages are delivered Monday through Friday. Saturday and Overnight shipping is available for an extra fee, please message us instructions

Refunds and Exchanges:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not happy, we will gladly accept your return within 7 days of delivery date. We will issue full credit (minus shipping fees) for the item returned, please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to post. Orders can not  be canceled after 24 hours of placing them will not pay for any return shipping or insurance. Please be sure to insure any returned items, for if they get lost in the mail we cannot be held responsible.

There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for all eternity bands.

There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for all platinum items.

Engraved Items will have a $25 restocking fee.

Prior to returning please message us to receive your Return Authorization Number that should be included with your item. Item must be returned in its new and unused condition with all documents included. We reserve the right to refuse returned items we deem as not in re-salable condition. Items are non refundable if they have been altered, damaged, or used.


In order to have your piece insured by your own private insurance company please ask for an appraisal. Because we feel it is extremely un-ethical to issue our own appraisals on our own items we have them done by a wonderful and very reputable third party lab. Appraisals are an additional $75. Please message us for more information or an appraisal listing.

Please allow 1 - 2 days extra if an appraisal is requested.


All of our items come with a 365-Day warranty on the workmanship of the piece. This usually pertains to loss of stones. It is a rare occurrence, but sometimes happens. If any stones should fall out we will replace them free of charge. The Warranty is voided if item has been sized, altered, or repaired by another jeweler. Repairs covered by warranty are free however client is responsible for shipping both ways. is not responsible for any intentional damages. Please wear your jewelry responsibly. Although our pieces are made to last a lifetime they are still pieces of fine jewelry and are to be treated with love and care.


We offer one free sizing within 6 months of purchasing (gold pieces only). This covers one size up or down if additional sizing is needed we will charge you $10/size. Shipping fees will be charged to client. Please contact us about Platinum or any other metals. 


If item is out of warranty or damage was done on behalf of client we will be happy to repair the item at cost. We usually are able to provide an estimate through messages if pictures of damages are taken and sent however, some cases may require us to see the piece in person. Please feel free to message us for more information. In addition to repair fees, client will also be charged shipping.

Custom Pieces (CAD Designs):

Due to the high volume of custom orders a 20% deposit is required to get started. Custom projects begin with a conversation. Any pictures, sketches, ideas you have should be sent via message and an estimate and re-cap will be given based on that information. Once we are on the same page a listing for the 20% of the total (or more if you wish) will be sent over. Upon receipt of payment please allow 1 1/2 weeks for renderings to be made. If you wish for any changes to be made to the images please allow up to 3 days for adjustments. You are allowed up to 5 times to make minor design changes. Upon approval of the CAD designs we will require at least 75% of the item's balance to be paid in order to get started bringing the ring to life. The ring will be shipped once the final payment is made. Changes cannot be made once ring is sent to production as it would require a whole new CAD model to be developed. Custom pieces usually take 4 - 5 weeks to create depending on the piece and amount of changes to be made. All layaway/payment plans are considered custom orders. owns all rights of every custom order unless is categorized as "ONE OF A KIND" before designing or production.

How to Care for Your Jewelry:

The best way to clean our pieces is with a soft toothbrush and dish soap. With the use of warm water and soap lightly brush the item from all sides and angles on a paper towel. Rinse and pat dry. That's all there is too it!

It is highly suggested you have your jewelry checked every 6 months to a year depending on the style of the piece. Eternity rings and micro pave should be inspected more often, say every 3-6 months. Daily wear can be damaging to the metal causing stones to become loose and fall out. Even if it seems you aren't hard on your pieces just rubbing up against things will cause the metal to eventually wear down. Prongs can get caught on clothing, blankets, purses etc which can cause them to break off or become loose. This will lead to loosing stones. Of course it is advised to ALWAYS take off your jewelry if you are going to be involved in any strenuous or damaging activities. Once the piece is out of warranty you can bring it to any local (reputable jeweler) for inspection or if you would like to send it back to us we would be more than happy to inspect, tighten and clean it for $25+shipping.

Try to remember to take off your jewelry while putting on make up, lotions, or using soap as this will dirty the pieces instantly causing the item to look cloudy and dull.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, always wear your jewelry responsibly! Keep in mind the more detailed and delicate the piece is the more gentle and careful you will have to treat it!
