Once your order is complete, you can expect delivery within 1-3 business days.
We offer free shipping both ways via FedEx or UPS for all orders. To ensure safe and secure delivery, a signature will be required upon receipt. Please note that we only ship to physical addresses—no P.O. Boxes, please.
FedEx or UPS will make three attempts to deliver your package. If the delivery is unsuccessful after the third attempt, it will be returned to us, and we’ll get in touch to arrange the next steps.
International Orders
For international shipments, please be aware that taxes and duties may apply upon arrival, depending on your country’s regulations. MoissaniteRings.com cannot be held responsible for any fees charged at the time of delivery.
