- You can return all pre-designed styles, and a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Special orders or Custom special orders are eligible for return but in such cases, only store credit will be issued.
- Returned products must be in their original packaging, unworn condition and accompanied by all the documentation provided with the purchase.
- Returns without the lab-grown diamond certificate (where applicable) may not be returned.
- Exchanges are non refundable
- Returns displaying any signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
- Orders cannot be canceled 24 hours after the time of purchase.
