Return Guidelines:
- All pre-designed styles are eligible for a full refund, credited to your original payment method.
- Special orders or custom designs can be returned for store credit only.
- Items must be returned in original packaging, unworn, and include all provided documentation.
- Returns missing a lab-grown diamond certificate (if applicable) may not be accepted.
- Exchanges are non-refundable.
- Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted for return.
- Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of being placed.
How to Start a Return:
- Review Our Return Policy: Ensure that your item meets the criteria outlined in our return policy.
- Contact Customer Service: Reach out to us via email or phone with your order details.
- Obtain a Return Authorization (RA): Once approved, we’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number. Packages without this RA number won’t be accepted.
- Prepare the Item: Pack your item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Label the Package: Clearly mark the RA number on the package for smooth processing. We’ll send you a free return shipping label via email.
- Save Proof of Return: Keep the shipping receipt or tracking information as proof of return.
- Wait for Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process any applicable refund or store credit.
Our Quality Assurance team will inspect the returned item upon receipt. If the item meets our return standards, we will process your refund within 2 business days.
